I am over 30 years old and/or I have had a vaginal delivery.
Before using the Gaia Cup for the first time or before each period, sterilize it for 3 minutes in boiling water and wash your hands.
Check that the air holes for the vacuum effect are not obstructed and fold the cup in C.
Relax the muscles and introduce the cup obliquely towards the bottom. Release it so it opens up and sticks to the vaginal walls. Ensure that the bottom of the cup is round. If not, rotate the cup until it adjusts.
After 5-12 hours (depending on your flow), remove the cup. Pull the steem, you can use the muscles of the vagina to press it and expel it.
Pour the contents of the cup into the toilet, rinse it with water and reinsert.
