The Gaia Cup is a social business on a mission to turn periods from a source of pain to a source of power. We distribute menstrual cups in Ghana and Southern Europe and we fight against period poverty and stigmatization through our social programs. Menstruation then becomes a doorway to women’s empowerment as they are equipped with information & resources to relate to their bodies in a positive way!
